Stellaris Keystone Foundation, Inc. is a Virginia nonprofit organization and the community support arm of Stellaris Keystone Services, LLC. We believe that every individual and family deserves access to safe housing, essential resources, and a community that supports their journey toward stability and independence — regardless of their ability to pay.
All Foundation services are provided completely free of charge to the individuals and families we serve.
We also help individuals and families find, secure, and maintain stable housing, including apartment searches, rental applications, landlord engagement, and ongoing housing stability planning.
We provide direct community outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness, connecting them to shelter, basic needs, documentation assistance, and pathways to stable housing.
We help individuals and families access SNAP, Medicaid, SSI/SSDI, utility assistance, transportation resources, and employment connections.
We facilitate peer support groups and family education programs, connecting individuals and caregivers with community and mutual support.
We help individuals coordinate medical and psychiatric appointments, enroll in insurance, and access healthcare resources in our community.
We provide instruction in budgeting, cooking, employment readiness, and independent living skills for individuals and families working toward self-sufficiency.
