Our direct care staff are the heart of everything we do. They live alongside our residents, providing around-the-clock supervision, support, and companionship. They are carefully selected for their compassion, professionalism, and commitment to person-centered care – and they receive ongoing training, supervision, and support to ensure they are always equipped to serve at the highest level.
Our supervisory and administrative team oversees every care plan, coordinates with treatment teams and community partners, ensures regulatory compliance, and works continuously to improve the quality of services we provide. Every decision is made with the individual’s best interests at the center.

For as long as she can remember, Marolyn Boahen has been guided by one simple but powerful belief: every person deserves compassion, dignity, respect, and the opportunity to live a meaningful life.
For as long as she can remember, Marolyn Boahen has been guided by one simple but powerful belief: every person deserves compassion, dignity, respect, and the opportunity to live a meaningful life.
Long before earning professional degrees or entering the healthcare and human services field, Marolyn was passionate about helping others. She understood that a single act of kindness could restore hope, provide comfort during difficult times, and profoundly impact someones life. That lifelong passion became the foundation upon which Stellaris Keystone Services LLC was built.
Growing up, Marolyn witnessed firsthand the importance of community, empathy, and service. Those experiences inspired her to dedicate her life to advocating for individuals and families facing mental health challenges, disabilities, aging-related needs, and other life obstacles. Rather than simply providing services, she envisioned creating an organization where every individual would be treated with the same care, compassion, and respect that she would want for her own family.
Throughout her educational and professional journey, Marolyn intentionally pursued opportunities that would allow her to understand healthcare from multiple perspectives. She earned a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a Master of Health Administration (MHA), combining clinical knowledge, healthcare leadership, social services, and person-centered care. As a Qualified Mental Health Professional – Trainee (QMHP-T), she continues expanding her expertise in behavioral health while remaining committed to lifelong learning, professional excellence, and evidence-based practice.
While her education has equipped her with valuable knowledge and skills, Marolyn believes her greatest strength is her genuine passion for people. She believes every individual has a unique story, unique strengths, and unlimited potential. Whether serving an older adult who wishes to remain safely at home, a veteran rebuilding life after military service, an individual living with mental illness, someone experiencing behavioral health challenges, or a family searching for trustworthy support, Marolyn believes every person deserves individualized care that promotes independence, dignity, hope, and lasting well-being.
Over the years, she has had the privilege of working alongside individuals and families from diverse backgrounds throughout Virginia Region 1 and surrounding communities, including Culpeper, Fauquier, Rappahannock, Madison, Orange, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Fredericksburg, Caroline, and King George. These experiences have continually reinforced her belief that exceptional care extends far beyond meeting daily needs or completing required tasks.
